Dismantling and Install (1) Old Marina from Al Samaliyah Island Shifted to Al Raha Beach

• Dismantle and remove the old marina from Samaliyah Island and reinstall it at Al Raha Beach.

• Dismantle the old marina at Al Raha Beach and relocate it 15 meters from its original position, aligning it at the correct angle to provide easy access to three directions.

• Prepared the foundation for steel structure.

• Refurbish all the piles of the Marina and put a pile cap.

• Maintain and repair all existing floaters, and replace any missing ones with compatible floaters of a similar type.

• Maintain all the existing Wood Flooring and replace the damage one.

• Replace any missing or damaged aluminum bars, screws, hinges, Teflon rollers, and any other parts as necessary.
